Richard G. Craider

August 5, 1950 - March 9, 2002

Richard Craider, age 71 passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022, after eleven months of bravely fighting pancreatic cancer his way only. Rich is the soulmate for 35 years to Vicky Colella; proud father to Shelly Ochoa and Holly Craider; dearest brother to Shirley Hoch; grandfather and uncle. He is the son of Rudy and Martha Craider (both deceased) of Maple Hts., Ohio. Everyone that knew him was aware of his love for donuts, ice cream, and Las Vegas. His smile told it all when you met him. Rich will be missed by many.

Family and friends may join together at a funeral mass that will be held at St. Martin of Tours Church 14600 Turney Road Maple Hts., Ohio 44137 on Friday, March 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at a later date.

September 16, 1931 - June 16, 2019

Richard P. Waliszewski “aka Dick Waldo”age 87. Beloved husband of Ethel (nee Dziak) for 62 years; father of Gary (Mickey Vanden Bossche), Debbie Fogliano (Jeff Wilson), Jane Waliszewski (Allan Stevenson), and Kathy Szpak (Bob); grandfather of Andy, Mia, John (Amber Krasuna), Danielle (Scott Johnson), Alex (deceased), A.J., Jim, and Ava; great-grandfather of Annalise, Jaxson, and Avery; son of John and Clara (both deceased); brother of Clarice Grabowski (Stanley), Mildred Dankowski (Alfred), John (Arlene), and Daniel (all deceased); son in law of Michael and Anna Dziak (both deceased); brother in law of Elizabeth Dziak (deceased);God-father, uncle, great-uncle, great-great uncle, and friend of many. He enjoyed camping with his family, playing baseball, handball, golf and bowling. But most of all he loved and cherished his wife Ethel and his children, grand-children, and great-grandchildren.  Richard was proud to serve as a 2ndlieutenant during the Korean Conflict in the US Army. He worked in the insurance business for 38 years, was a Holy Name member, served as an usher, and was in the Tri-M at St. Monica Church. 

Services: Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home and 11:00 a.m. at St. Monica Church. The family will receive friends at Vito-Nero Funeral Home 6130 Turney Rd. (2 Blocks South of Rockside) on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. “So long and God Bless”

Richard E. Becka Dearly Beloved husband of Alice (nee Kallenberger); Loving father of Allen (Karen), and Mark (Patty); Dearest grandfather of Christopher, Kaitlyn, Tyler (Olivia), and Meghan; Dear brother of James. Richard was a proud US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was active in the Garfield Hts. Senior Center and he also volunteered at the Village of Marymount for several years.

Services: Wednesday, January 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church 11333 Granger Rd. Garfield Hts., OH. The family will receive friends at Vito-Nero Funeral Home 6130 Turney Road (Two Blocks South of Rockside) on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and at the Church on Wednesday from 10:30-11 a.m.
