Philip James Cerny age 62 of Maple Hts. passed away on October 23. Beloved father of Mark (Kara), and Rachelle Funai (Jim); grandfather of Alexandria, Evan, and Collin; son of Ladimer and Dolores Cerny (nee Vlchek) (both deceased); dear brother, uncle, and friend of many.

Service: Friday, October 27 at 11am at St. Martin of Tours (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Visitation: Thursday, October 26 from 5-7pm at Vito-Nero Funeral Home 6130 Turney Rd. Garfield Hts. Philip will be cremated after mass per his wishes.
