Beloved son of Bruce and Pamela; Dearest brother of Don Moore; Dear grandson of Helen Sferra, George Brown; Dear nephew of Tami Carabotta; He was preceded in death by his grandmother Eileen Brown; Uncles David and Ken; Jeremy was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and his many facebook friends.
