Emilie Koprowski (nee Gasiorek) age 98, of Hilliard, formerly of Garfield Hts., Ohio, passed away June 28, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Edwin. Dear sister of Frances Nawrot (Matthew), Edward (Sophie), Benny (Ann), and Henry (all deceased). Loving sister-in-law of Emily Gasiorek, and the following deceased: Clara Mikol (Vince), Alois Koprowski (Irene), Clement Koprowski (Jean), John Koprowski (Dorothy), Helen Wisniewski (Ted), Alice DeWitt (Paul), Eugene Koprowski (Mary Ann), and Anthony Koprowski. Loving aunt of Carolyn Gasiorek, Patt Hardie Rahm (John Rahm), Robert (Jennifer), Stephen (Laura), Ted Wisniewski (Linda), Jacqueline Zijil (Julio), Barbara Johnson (Richard), Eileen Fullenkamp (Ken) and many others. Special great-aunt of Michael (Antonette), Matthew, Elliot, Emma Grace, Nicholas, Haley (Mike), Andrew, Jill, Laura, Julio Jr, John, Jason, Alison, Ryan (Jenna), Andrew, and Scott. Great-great aunt of Kelsey, Haley, and Harper. She will be missed dearly by her extended family Gene Nickell, Donna Zelei (Mike), George Nickell (Linda), John Nickell (Carol), Jim Nickell (Lisa) and their families as well as many close friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home and 10:00 a.m. at St. Monica Church 13623 Rockside Rd., Garfield Hts., OH 44125. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. In memory of Emilie, contributions can be made to St. Monica Church.
